1) How much do you charge
per design ?
We charge US$ 3.00 per 1000 stitches with no minimum charge.
We do not charge for edits
We do not have a 24 hour extra rush fee.
We
give volume discounts.

2) What artwork formats / images can you read ?
We can read all of the following formats : jpeg, tif, gif, pcx, cdr, cpt, eps,
pdf, wmf, pct and bmp. The most common though is the jpeg format. If you have
a format not listed here, send it anyway, we will work on it. |

What format can you deliver my design in ? Tajima DST, Wilcom EMB, Wings
MLS, Barudan DSB, Barudan FMC, Melco DOS EXP, Toyota, Pfaff and zsk, cnd, fdr,
t09, ksm, dsz. |

4) How will I receive my digitized files ? Your
files will be sent to you by e-mail attachment thru' a secured server. You can
also log on to our website & download the designs yourself.

5) What is your delivery period ? We normally
deliver within 48 hours. However, we do deliver within 24 hours for rush orders
at no extra charge. You will have to specify that the order is a rush order in
the Enquiry form for timely delivery. |

Do you run swatches of the designs before you send them to me ? Yes,
we embroider every design (may be twice) till we are sure of its smooth run on
the machine before we send the digitized file to you. |

7) How do you ensure quality
? We digitize your design keeping the final production and economy in
mind. We provide the least number of jumps to increase productivity. Also we check
for all possible defects that can occur in color changes, stops, trims, fill densities
and other parameters. We take into account the base material on which the embroidery
is to be done. |

8) What types of payment do you accept ?
We accept
payment by Visa / Mastercard / American Express through Paypal on our website. We also accept payment through Bank
wire transfer.
